Davis Ct

This first-floor remodel transformed the layout to better suit the family’s lifestyle. A dated desk area in the kitchen was removed to make space for a new pantry and coffee bar. The cramped laundry room was expanded by repurposing hallway closet space, creating a spacious mudroom/laundry combo and family command center. An underused four-season room was reimagined as a home gym with a cozy seating area. Heirloom furniture pieces were refreshed with paint and thoughtfully reused. The formal dining room became a functional office, while the large formal living room was redesigned as a combined dining and living space. The powder room was also updated with a new vanity, lighting, and wallpaper for an updated look.
