This cabinet refacing project involved a complete space transformation, enhancing functionality and style. We painted the cabinet frames and replaced the existing cabinet doors with ivory shaker doors and walnut slab doors while incorporating new plumbing fixtures, a combination of gray quartz around the perimeter cabinets, and quartzite countertops on the island to elevate the overall aesthetic. To open up the space, we replaced some wall cabinets with elegant walnut wood floating shelves matching the island and the new hood, adding a sense of openness and contemporary flair. The project also included the installation of new accent lighting over the sink and the floating shelves to create a warm and inviting ambiance, along with a fresh coat of paint on the walls and a new wood beam stain to complement the updated design. The old corner and the island sinks were replaced with stone workstation ones to add practicality and functionality to everyday living. New matte black cabinet handles were added to the ivory-colored cabinet doors, and champaign gold-colored handles were placed in the walnut doors on the island. All stainless steel appliances stayed the same. The marble subway tile completes the design. The result is a stunning, functional space that beautifully blends style and practicality.
