This whole design scheme came from the light fixture, which has distressed metal accents that look like bamboo. The cabinet glass inserts mimic water fall (Practical side is you can not see through.). The island has custom book shelves and... 15” deep cabinet space that hides nicknacks. I used Kelly Moore paint-flat and scrabbable finish. Lots of practical pull out drawers hold stuff, such as recycle and garbage bins. The cast iron sink and Caesarstone quarts countertop makes this kitchen even more practical!
