This 4000 sq. ft. duplex is completed in Burnaby for our clients who placed an importance for family closeness. Although the interior of each unit is distinct, the exterior of the duplex is clad in pre-coloured Hardie lap siding and paint grade soffits giving the duplex a cohesive look. One unit is designed for the mom, where the master bedroom is on the main floor with an open concept floor plan. The other unit is designed for the daughter and her family featuring lots of custom millwork for their busy lifestyle.
