Sited on a corner lot in Brodie Creek, 1 Deerberry is a fine example of the results which can be achieved when a talented designer provides a creative, yet economical, solution to the most basic architectural problem -- the home. The goal of this project was to produce a house that used a simple straightforward approach to produce a memorable and welcoming residence. Basic, yet durable materials were used to promote a feeling of quality.

1 Deerberry won an Honor Award for Design Excellence in 2002 from the American Institute of Architects, Arkansas Chapter.
