Clients had been considering a renovation for some time, but were unsure of how to unite the kitchen and open dining and living area. The biggest challenge was the 92" ceiling height. After removing two walls and relocating the main appliances, the end result were defined cooking, prep, storage areas and two islands. One island for storage , prep and occasional seating, the other with the sink, dishwasher and dedicated seating in the dining area makes entertain a snap. The Butlers area and bar area echo details with valances and gentle curves.
