French Grey repurposed dated 1980s rooms to create a richly detailed kitchen and nook, a cozy hearth room, and a bright new mudroom. The design has its own old-world transitional style, a combination of French country cabinetry, geometric ceiling molding, and the mudroom’s “root cellar” brick barrel vault.
