A complete renovation to a 1950’s Tudor style home in Denver’s Hilltop neighborhood, revealed a tremendous amount of usability within the existing framework. Capturing space within the existing attic structure allowed for a new Master Suite, a fully equipped Hall Bath and Guest Bedroom. Along with an expansion to the rear footprint of the home, the Main Level included a new Kitchen and Dining Room, which completed the transformation.
