Complete remodel- rebuild of a traditional ranch style home to create an updated contemporary charmer home with clean lines and bold terracing to take advantage of the commanding site qualities. Don Looney Architect, along with Terry Strandemo helped to design and develop a very detailed and flowing floor plan and along with Robert Hill, landscape architect created a unique indoor-outdoor entertainment friendly home. Care was taken to create a cozy feel to the outdoor dining terrace, with protection from the wind. The site was completely re-designed from the ground up. All exterior hardscape and landscape was designed and installed by The Design Build company.
