The design scope of work (approx. 1300 square feet) will consist of a new master suite remodel with full bath, walk-in-closet, new laundry room, powder room, remodel and open kitchen to dining room and family room, relocated front door to create more interior foyer space. Design new driveway apron and outdoor sitting area with access from the existing dining room.
