The original mid-century ranch home had 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, a great room with front door entry opening directly into the room. In order to get to the kitchen you needed to walk through the dining room and there was no direct access to the expansive back yard. Phase 1 addressed these issues as well as adding a bath, laundry, new vaulted family room open to the kitchen and back yard and added a new formal entry and covered porch. phase two will add a master suit with office, new bedroom with Jack and Jill bath
