An expansive bi-level patio was designed to replace a decrepit multi-level deck. On a slope, there were significant design and engineering solutions found to satisfy both the homeowner's desires and town regulations. The project took 18 months from beginning to end and is now used by the family every night as a gathering, play and entertaining space.
