We are getting rid of existing hatdwood that was glued down the concrete . We use a heavy-duty grinder . Making sure that the surface is 100% leveled up and clean . Not an easy job I have to tell you , straight hard work

This locking system is called "tongue and groove" , we use a wood glue to connect panels together . That's how it all came together . Very antique look in my opinion , works great with the whole house moldings and shape.
