A Marina del Rey landmark since the late 1960s, Dolphin Marina was ready for a thoughtful refresh. Partnering with Goldrich & Kest, CDC reimagined the lobby, amenity spaces, and outdoor areas while honoring the building's midcentury modern roots.

Inspired by its waterfront setting, we created an elevated, airy aesthetic and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow in collaboration with Abramson Architects and SALT Landscape. Together, we created a refined, community-driven environment that resonates with both longtime residents and a new generation of renters.
