Dormer Addition

The client wanted to take advantage of unfinished attic space with a dormer addition. The space was turned into a master suite with a bathroom and sititng /den area.

The paneling on the walls and ceiling were salvaged from the old finshed room in the attic. The Fir floors were saved and refinished as well.Two windows were added to both sides of an exisiting window to add more light and take advantage of a view of the city. Photo by Sandra Coan Photography
