As luck would have it this bachelor wanted a sophisticated modern and swanky feel and wanted it done in 2 weeks! He loves glass, chrome, metal and the color blue. This was a blank canvass except for a glass and chrome dining table repurposed as a desk. He also had the couch so that was our starting point. Although this was a rental we pushed the envelope and painted, wallpapered, and retiled the fireplace. No he did not get his security deposit back but was able to rent out his downtown pad for tons during ACL and SXSW!
