Downtown East Austin

The new and modern home just needed some help with finishes to make it more of my clients taste. Figuring out a more functional furniture arrangement was also imperative to make the open concept work.

This powder bathroom just needed a few elements changed to make it feel more inviting and my clients taste. The wallpaper is a primed white textured vinyl that is paintable.

Adding a pendant light in the dining room to make it a dedicated space allowed for the space to function better and provide dedicated areas in a small open concept.

Changing the understated pendant lights to a more dramatic lighting, made a huge statement.

The client loved this shade of blue so to not make the 8' ceilings feel so low, we painted the ceilings and wall the same color. Motorized blackout and light filtering shades to aid in light control for the room.

Home offices are very common these days. Just needed to do a few changes to this space to make it feel complete such as window shades to control glare, get rid of the purple paint, add hardware, and a custom shelf to complete the space.
