This project was the redevelopment of an old two flat. We completely tore off the 2nd floor, and built a new 2nd story to create a 2,400 square foot single family residence. The gray siding and white trim color scheme is continued on the interior with Sherwin Williams Agreeable Gray walls and white trim complimented by luxurious dark walnut real hardwood floors throughout. This was a total gut-rehab to the studs with all new mechanicals including plumbing, electrical and 2 HVAC systems. We also built a new 2 car garage.
