"Gut" rehab and conversion of a 1909 2-flat (two 2 BDRM, 1 BA units) into a 3,000 square foot 6 bedroom, 4.1 bath single family residence. The home was demo'd to the studs, strengthened structurally with new concrete footings, structural steel and new interior beams, framing and flooring. The project included all new mechanicals (Electrical, Plumbing and 2 HVAC systems), new siding, roofing , windows, a new front porch/portico, rear deck and rebuilt 2-car detached garage.

The shaker style vanity with double bowl sink and granite countertop is complimented by the white framed mirrors and high-end vanity lights. The glass accent tile used as a backsplash is the same tile used in the shower and whirlpool surrounds.

The Silver Travertine flooring was continued as a shower and whirlpool surround. The glass accent tile is continued as a backsplash for the double-bowl vanity, not shown in this photo.

Silver Travertine flooring is continued in the shower and whirlpool surrounds, while the accent tile in the surrounds was continued as a backsplash for the double bowl vanity. Finally, the whirlpool access panels are simply repurposed cabinet decorative panels that bring the whole look together.

The silver travertine was continued from the flooring to the shower surround while the same glass accent tile from the surround was used as a backsplash for the double bowl vanity. Note the rear of the sliding barn door that serves as a dramatic entry to the master bath from the master suite.

This 2nd floor hall bath has simple clean lines and a neutral pallet. The accent tile in the tub surround provides just enough "pop".
