This Kitchen renovation required the addition of a 2' square bay which gave the client the island she had always dreamed of. The center for a busy family, the project also involved repositioning the laundry room and adding a locker area for the kids to keep their school supplies in. The window and granite backsplash allow views to the exterior patio and really brighten up the kitchen. The tile/wood interface on the floors simultaneously solved the wear issue under the chairs and subtly defines the breakfast area as a separate space.
