This custom staircase to the upper level makes a true statement. Solid wood treads are attached to powder coated steel beams. The metal railings are topped with wood that matches the treads and feature steel cable spindles.

This custom copper clad door creates a grand entrance. The door itself is approximately five feet wide by eleven feet tall and is perfectly balanced for easy opperation.

This kitchen takes modern to the next level. Each island/area features a different style of light fixtures to compliment the materials. Islands feature waterfall edges and one island top is a huge slab of cantilevered concrete.

This Coffee Bar is the perfect spot to make your favorite morning beverage. It features a hidden icemaker, small sink, ample storage, and a coffee maker that would make any Barista jealous. The mosaic artwork is a perfect compliment to these wooden cabinets.

This master bedroom features a sleeping and sitting area. The glass fireplace is surrounded by a custom stained concrete surround. The wall behind the bed is covered in the same fabric used for the bed linens. Large beams are stained to match the hardwood floors to give the room a cohesive feel.

This theater has custom lighting and a curtain that closes it off from the rest of the lower level. Wall sconces and hanging lights outside the theater have a steampunk vibe that takes modern to a new level. This truly takes "movie watching" into the realm of luxury with velvet seats and stools.
