This is the before photo, this is where the homeowner turned it over to me. The Fireplace was supposed to be already torn down. It took me about 4 hours to demolish this monste.

Here I have put up all the drywall, before taping

This was the second coat of mud over the taping I have my own automatic taping tools ( bazooka and boxes) They decrease the time by about half or better.

Final coat in the family room

Again the 1x4, here I routed the edges to give it a better look. I also used jamb extensions on the windows to make it all fresh.
