Smaller house in the Florida Keys. A Love Shack get away for my Clients residing in Miami. Only an hour away and they are transported to a Tropical Destination. Designed to withstand Hurricane winds and is built up on stilts to allow wind and storm surge at the lowest level. Irma just tested the house and the building came thru with flying colors. The landscaping did not fair so well. Much will need to be replanted.
