This coastal, mediterranean-style property along the idyllic Indio Drive in Shell Beach had every ounce of potential to become something grand and breathtaking. With panoramic views sweeping the Pacific the property simply needed a stunning landscape - a landscape to rival the impressive view - to elevate the property to it’s current grandeur.

To meet these needs, the Dulcich family hired Tyler Addison and Addison Landscape, Inc. to transform the once barren vista into an outdoor living space ideal for entertaining. The entire 3,000 s.f. project included softscape installation on the entire property, new irrigation, decking, putting green installation, and exterior lighting but the bulk of the project was in the design and installation of the hardscape.

Using a collection of interlocking concrete pavers and products from Belgard Hardscapes that included Mega Arbel and Celtik Wall in Toscana, the Addison Landscape team set forth installing three distinct patio areas, three unique stair systems, a custom raised fire pit, spa walls, and ample seating in the form of seat walls.

The hardscape design and installation on this project was so impressive it was awarded first prize in the Hardscape category by the California Landscape Contractors Association, San Luis Obispo Chapter and was also featured in the Belgard Hardscapes national catalog.
