Completely renovated two floors of private residence in Dyker Heights, Brooklyn. Scope of work included, all new tile floor on the 1st floor, hardwood flooring, custom built fireplace wall with TV, 3 piece crown molding throughout the 1st floor, refinished staircase with hardwood, all new doors and moldings, upgrade lighting with new recessed lighting, hardwood flooring on the 2nd floor and a complete bathroom remodel taking part of the bedroom closet to accommodate a new 60” double vanity. Bathroom features a custom shower with a bench, niche, rainfall shower head, handheld bodywash, and custom glass shower door. A bidet was added in as well. All plumbing and electrical was updated. Entire project was completed in under 6 weeks.
