The East St Andrews residence was remodeled to create a more open and functional entertaining space for the family. In addition to the remodel of the interior rooms, a covered deck was designed with a rustic timber frame to carry the entertaining space outside. The deck is protected with Phantom Screens, which maintain a bug-free environment in the warmer months.
