Condo renovation at Timber Island Condos at the SW DC Waterfront. The project consisted of renovating the interior of the unit with fresh painting throughout and LVT flooring. The kitchen was updated with all new elements and cleaned up to achieve a modern look and an exposed concrete side wall to add a raw/industrial edge to the space. The bathroom was opened up at the ceiling to increase the perception of space and we exposed the raw concrete ceilings that separate the unit from the one directly above it. The bathroom also features a large oversized vertical niche that shows off a nice blue pebble tile that gives the whole shower a "pop" and splash of vibrant color. The rest of the elements added up to a nice clean and minimal modern look. We were proud to have helped one of DC's most prominent architects with his personal home.
