Our end product was wonderful, and the time and attention they spent to make sure it was all "right" was great. However, the schedule was off by double, and my confidence is more with CCK&B than with the specific contractor that they subbed the work to. I believe in the quality of CCK&B, and if they work more closely with the contractor and the homeowners throughout, they would earn 4 or 5 stars.
