Our client wanted this new home to “blend with the environment” which led us to utilize natural materials and lots of textural features including the undulating wood family photo wall. A combination of wood, plaster, iron, glass and sandstone finishes create a warm and inviting palette. Local and regional artisans crafted the fireplace surrounds, staircase and furnishings, all custom designed by AGI. Unique accessories, rugs and light fixtures accentuate the one-of-a-kind nature of this space. Art throughout is painted by local artists using the family’s vacation photos.

This wine cellar has a sandstone tasting counter with a strong ogee patterned brass and ceramic tile that really stands out. The barrel vaulted ceiling was tiled with cement tiles for an old world feel. The pierced chandelier gives a romantic mood to the space.

Modern staircase with custom modern wingback chairs in a yarrow yellow fabric keep this area of the home bright. The undulating wood of the "gallery wall" holds favorite family photos which are individually lighted.

We wanted a unique way to display the large collection of family vacation photos in this hallway to the master suite. The result is an undulating wood wall that invites you in and creates visual interest through this expansive hallway full of natural light.

The powder bath features a dimensional "Syzygy" tile and a unique "Blu" pedestal sink. These two elements pair together unexpectedly to deliver a dramatic statement in a small space. The hands free faucet keeps the tile wall uncluttered.
