This was an extensive remodel in which ceilings were raised to capture the view. We also increased the door heights, enlarged the entry and master bath, and improved the layout for a gracious feel throughout. Walnut floors and wool carpet create a warm palette while smooth drywall and contemporary trim details keep it sleek. A consistent contemporary theme was created with attention to details including custom doors, lit shower niches, a waterfall edge on the island, custom range hood and slab cabinet doors. Full height tile, a wet-room concept at the master bath and frosted glass toilet enclosures, give the bath spaces a luxurious spa-like feel.
