Located on the East Bench of Salt Lake, this residence was designed to maximize city views while at the same time being a cozy and intimate home. With a building area of 6,962 sq. ft. and an additional 4,003 sq. ft of exterior living, this home maximizes the potential of indoor-outdoor living. One of the key priorities for this house was to create multiple entertainment and family rooms. We accomplished this by designing a formal living room connected to the dining area, a sunroom, three outdoor decks, a game room with a theatre, and a kitchenette that opens up to the outdoors. In addition to these shared family areas, we paid close attention to each private space to guarantee intentionality and comfort. The master bedroom connects to a 222 sq. ft. walk-in closet and a 195 sq. ft master bath and all bedrooms have their own walk-in closet and a private full-sized bathroom.
