We have worked with this client on many of their homes over the years. It is always fun to return to see clients you know.
Their east-end home benefited from de-cluttering and de-personalizing the rooms. By removing several pieces of furniture and personal belongings we were able to show the possibilities of each space and give the rooms purpose. We brought in rental furniture and applied paint in soft neutrals. We added curtains and artwork where necessary and showcased the home’s square footage and potential resulting in a speedy sale for the owner.
