This is the second staging project we have done for this client. It was satisfying to get both their homes sold quickly.
This property had been a rental and was left in a very distressed state. We started with new floors and fresh paint which transformed the home. We brought in new furniture to give the main rooms warmth and purpose. The budget did not permit a large kitchen re-do but we were able to make a huge impact with a simple deep cleaning and an updated faucet.
This mistreated condominium is now serene and functional … and sold!
