This project entails two additions to one of the original homes in Vail. The first was adding a two car garage with living space above to improve off street parking and create sleeping quarters and living space for 8 with two bathrooms. This included a bridge element attaching the addition to the house that included a new hot tub. The second was an expansion of the living room and a new master bedroom wing at the back of the house. All of this was done with the idea of maintaining the look and feel of the original home.
