This centrury old home needed a new kitchen and some additional room indoors and outdoors. A 10x12 extension was added to the rear of the property which is surrounded by huge Marvin windows bringing in lots of natural light and great views of the West Island of Montreal.

Connected to the new extension of this century old home is a covered veranda with unique decorative columns made out of clear pine in a hexagon shape.The floor of the veranda is out of TREX maintenance-free planks and the ceiling and soffit is out of bead-board painted pine.

The new kitchen is a white lacquered maple with a traditional yet clean look. The black granite adds a great contrast to the cabinets and its natural colours come out with the halogen under-cabinet lights.
