Home in West Island of Montreal was totally remodelled. On the façade, the front door and garages doors were changed and on the inside every room was redone, the entire staircase, a new full bathroom, a new powder room, new floors throughout.
The entire house was refreshed to a more contemporary clean line style.

Staircase was completely remodelled from a curved outdated & carpeted style to a two section L-shaped design with a large landing. The floor tile was all removed and new light gray 12x24 porcelain tile was put down to brighten up the ground floor.

Kitchen floor was all redone with new 12x24 light gray tile for a more bright and inviting space. Lighting was also improved.

Wall between family room and kitchen was opened up for a more functional flow to the family space.

The entire basement of this house was gutted down to the studs and insulated with spray-foam, rewired with new recessed spotlights and new drywall throughout. The entire concrete floor was polished and a wood color & texture vinyl tile was glued down for a cozy and easy maintenance floor covering.
