Homeowners wanted more space and an open concept. To accomplish this, we removed the load-bearing wall between kitchen and living room and relocated the staircase to basement. Homeowner also wanted access to a deck in the backyard.
We replaced an existing window with a new sliding patio door. Their kitchen doubled in size and is much more open and most importantly, more functional!
