This was a project in East Side Costa Mesa. The residence was designed for a young family. There is an emphasis on Australian architecture and design. The home was built to keep the flow between the outside and interior a priority. The flooring included concrete and wood. The wood tones were natural in some places and dark ebony in the master bedroom. There was a big play on texture in this home with layers of color in small accents on furniture and art. The furniture style was modern with eclectic layering of antiques and contemporary art. It was a new construction on a 14,000. square foot lot.
