EcoSmart Roller Shades and Alexa!
Walking into the gorgeous Vermont slate foyer, our made in Vermont, EcoSmart Roller Shades start to appear.
You can’t tell at first glance, but this is a VERY smart home design. Barb’s clients were very thoughtful, when creating their dream home in the Champlain Islands with Ray, from Timeless Architecture (based in Wolcott).
Functional and understated…those two words drove recommendations for this home from the very first moment Barb saw the plans. Lots of wide and tall windows, a location with sun and glare and a goal to operate the shades easily ~ immediately the choice was motorized our EcoSmart Roller Shades.
Today’s Roller Shades are not your Grandmother’s! There are tons of operating and fabric options – colors, textures, light or less light or no light and to push a button to operate them – magical!
The fabric considerations were for a subtle color that met the other tones of the finishes – “Mesa Moonstone” was the ideal choice.
The fabric can be Light-Filtering or Room-Darkening… Perfection! No disruptions to your eye, as you flow from room to room.
We created a backdrop and mood, that allows the design and furnishings of the home to shine!
