This owner tasked us with a difficult addition of a master suite in the only possible location. The home is angled on a corner lot making the easements and setbacks big players in the design. We worked really hard and came up with a great plan they loved. Added to this was the need for a new kitchen, dining, and opening up to the den, a previous addition all with significant structural challenges. Again, we worked through the details and possibilities and came up with a flowing, functional, open concept plan the owner's loved.
