This home in the beautiful Maple Ridge area was in need of a top to bottom renovation. We designed and built a major upstairs renovation to accommodate the owners and when finished they said they liked the design, the crew, and the work so much they wanted to continue with the main floor. Another extension renovation ensued and a masterpiece of modernization occurred. Due to health reasons the owner had to sell to move to a single story home and the home had 4 over asking offers first weekend for sale.
