With initial updates to their home furnishings in mind – Hurricane Harvey hit the homeowners area - flooding their home with several feet of water for weeks. The project’s scope abruptly shifted to becoming a complete home remodel before the furnishing process even began. With this new and unexpected vision in mind, the first floor, upper master bedroom and bath became the main focus of the design. The goal was to maintain the character and charm of this older home, while blending an elegant, modern twist to the young couple’s family-friendly centric design.
