The project consisted of the complete renovation of an existing
house and site.

The design goals were to open up the plan to better connect the entertaining spaces of the house with each other and the adjacent backyard and pool. The renovation included new bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen and entertaining spaces, as well as new windows, exterior finishes, patios, pool and drought-resistant landscaping.
