This lower level development presented a challenge to the space planning with the angled stairwell coming down into the middle of the space. The stacked stone wall with the TV and ethanol fireplace became the focal point as you enter the space. The bar area divided the sitting area from the games area. The natural theme is repeated with the twig divider, stacked stone wall, pebble stone backsplash and capiz shell light fixture. The sliding barn door blocks the sound from traveling back up to the main level.
