This Craftsman Style home was completely renovated with a 3′ house lift, new top floor addition off the rear, sauna, elevator and thoughtful design elements inside and out for this mixed ability family.

Concrete wheelchair ramps lead from the garage to the lower level and once inside, an elevator installed in the centre of the home allows limitless access to every floor creating barrier-free living.

The main floor features an open-concept floor plan with varying kitchen counter heights to allow everyone to participate at mealtimes.

The entire home boasts wider hallways and doorways, while the third floor provides a sauna as well as an expansive master bedroom with large ensuite complete with curbless shower access.
