The client grew up on this property in the south hills of Eugene, and in the early 1990’s was able to purchase a subdivided piece of it in hopes to one day design and build her dream home. That day came in 2016 when she called Rainbow Valley. The site presented a fun challenge: in less than a quarter of an acre on a sloped, north-facing plot, the client wanted a one-level, three bedroom, two-bathroom, barrier-free house with a two car garage and a sunny, south-facing outdoor space. With literally inches to spare, we were able to achieve all of her goals.
