A cigar and bourbon aficionado, the client on this project wanted a place where he could enjoy his pastimes away from the main house. The 267 square foot stucco, cottage-style studio matches the character of the other buildings on the property and backs up to the detached garage which we also remodeled. It has a gas fireplace, large format tile floors, plank tile wainscot and aluminum clad wood windows.
