The design of this new three-story house, located in the Bouldin Creek/SoCo area of Austin, Texas reflects the client’s lifestyle and interests, as well as, a response to the residential urban infill site. The house includes a front porch, a private screened-in patio, a roof deck with a downtown view, and a detached two-car garage. Materials and siding patterns are used to delineate the forms and function of the house.
