This project is the conversion and adaptive re-use of an existing 1940's house to create a new Live/Work structure. Built on a small 45' x 115' lot, this urban infill project aligns with the City of Austin's desire for more dense, walkable neighborhoods. The project consists of ground floor office space with two residential units over on-site parking.
