Built in 1953, this single story home with a basement underwent a whole house remodel that also included the addition of a second story. The basement was transformed in to a dedicated listening room with shelving built and installed to accommodate the owner's extensive collection of LPs. The remainder of the remodel was a modern in design although some very cool retro features were added throughout.
